Job Description

**Job Title** Product Builder AI / Automation (Freelance / Remote) **Role Summary** Design, automate, and iterate core workflows and interfaces for a rapidly scaling SaaS B2B product using no‑code/low‑code tools and AI APIs. Work directly with the founder to deliver pragmatic, high‑quality solutions that accelerate product launch and user adoption. **Expectations** - Deliver prototypes and production‑ready workflows on a short cadence. - Iterate quickly based on user feedback and metrics. - Maintain technical excellence while prioritising speed and practicality. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement end‑to‑end business workflows in n8n or equivalent automation platform. - Build and evolve customer and admin interfaces using Vibe coding (or comparable no‑code UI builder). - Integrate AI services (OpenAI LLMs, OCR, PDF extraction, etc.) into concrete product features. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical deliverables. - Test, debug, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability. **Required Skills** - Proven experience with no‑code/low‑code platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.). - Comfortable building web UIs in no‑code tools or simple code (HTML/CSS/JS). - Familiarity with AI APIs: language models, OCR, PDF parsing. - Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions. - Excellent communication and self‑management in a freelance setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Practical experience in no‑code automation and AI integration; formal education is secondary. - Relevant certifications in automation platforms or AI services preferred but not mandatory.
