Job Description
**Job Title:** Pre‑Sales Engineer – French Speaker **Role Summary:** Provide technical pre‑sales support for Group‑IB’s cybersecurity solutions, acting as the client’s technical advisor. Lead solution development, deliver demos and presentations, and coordinate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Own pre‑sales activities for selected solutions (Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, Attack Surface Management, MXDR, Digital Forensics, and related services). - Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and closing deals. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. - Deliver regular status reports and analytics to management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end pre‑sales process: opportunity identification → solution design → proposal development → presentation. - Develop and give client‑centric presentations and live product demonstrations. - Work with project plans and timelines, managing execution to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. - Provide technical guidance during RFP/RFQ development and throughout sales/delivery phases. - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners; identify upsell/bundle opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote solutions and stay informed. - Report project status, customer feedback, and key metrics to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards. **Required Skills:** - Networking fundamentals: routing & switching, DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI, email systems, SSL, VPN, VLAN, GRE, SPAN, etc. - Security product expertise: NTA/IPS/IDS, firewall, email protection, sandbox, AV/EDR, XDR, threat intelligence. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat‑vulnerability landscapes, malware, botnets, etc. - Market awareness of leading Information & Cyber Security vendors and technologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven customer‑focused mindset; able to own opportunities and work cross‑functionally. - Fluency in French and English; German is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field. - Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, or CCNA/CCNP. CEH or equivalent security certification also acceptable. ---
