Salesforce Technical Lead – Apex
Role Summary
Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and integration technologies. Own end‑to‑end delivery, mentor junior developers, and ensure technical standards and compliance across projects.
Expectations
- 5+ years of core Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years in Health Cloud and Life Sciences domain.
- Proven leadership in complex Salesforce engagements.
- Strong understanding of data, security, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and code custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Design and maintain flows, process builder, and declarative solutions.
- Conduct REST/SOAP API integration, platform events, CDC, and middleware (MuleSoft).
- Manage data model, data migration, and data quality using Salesforce Data Management tools.
- Implement Shield features (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption).
- Lead DevOps: version control (Git), CI/CD, sandbox management, and release pipeline.
- Configure Health Cloud data models, console, workflows, and APIs.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, analytics, QA).
Required Skills
- Apex programming, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce.
- Lightning Experience customization, Flow design.
- REST/ SOAP API integration, Platform Events, CDC.
- MuleSoft, Azure/AWS integration tools.
- Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, sandbox lifecycle.
- Salesforce Data Model, Data Management, Shield, Security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing).
- Health Cloud domain knowledge (Patient, Care Program, Utilization Management).
- OmniStudio configuration.
Required Education & Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (preferred).
- Additional certifications in AI or Data Cloud (optional).
