**Job Title** Sr Development Engineer – Salesforce Agentforce **Role Summary** Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic solutions on Salesforce using Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. Lead end‑to‑end development of AI‑driven workflows that enhance business processes and member experiences, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. **Expectations** * Lead functional and technical design of agentic solutions for varied business scenarios. * Deliver high‑quality code in an agile environment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into intelligent solutions. * Maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Salesforce DevOps practices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and implement agentic solutions with Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, and associated AI frameworks. 2. Develop data integrations, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and automated flows to support agentic workflows. 3. Apply AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM techniques to create robust, agentic behaviors. 4. Participate in all life‑cycle phases: design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. 5. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem. 6. Mentor junior developers and share best practices for agentic development. **Required Skills** * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. * Expertise in Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, and/or C#. * Proven track record building and deploying AI/LLM‑powered autonomous agents. * Deep knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder). * Strong collaboration, communication, and agile working skills. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator. * Certified Salesforce Platform Developer. * Certified Agentforce Specialist (mandatory). ---
