Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Programmer Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end development of complex software systems, including analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Provide technical leadership, optimize system performance, and ensure alignment with business needs through automation and process improvements. **Expectations:** Deliver high-quality software solutions under tight deadlines. Demonstrate expertise in full development lifecycle, project management, and systems optimization. Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions. - Design and implement multi-tier applications, databases, and workflows. - Develop and execute test plans, deploy applications, and provide ongoing support. - Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement performance improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to document specifications, training materials, and QA policies. - Lead projects from inception to delivery, managing timelines and team resources. - Maintain and enhance existing applications using enterprise-level systems and databases. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in core ERP languages and systems. - Proficiency in 2+ additional programming/web technologies (e.g., Java, SQL, .NET). - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. - Leadership in project execution and cross-team communication. - Ability to prioritize in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - On-call support availability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in ERP systems. - Working knowledge of enterprise databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). - Proven experience with full-system development and application lifecycle management.
