Job Description
**Job Title**: Account Executive – Small Business Accounts **Role Summary** Own the end‑to‑end sales process for SaaS and Microsoft‑ecosystem solutions targeting small‑to‑medium and large enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. Engage C‑suite and senior leaders in consultative conversations, deliver tailored demos, guide pilots, and close complex deals while maintaining a robust pipeline and forecast in Salesforce. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota for new revenue. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. - Deliver solutions that align with client strategic goals and OnePlan’s product capabilities. - Ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success and Product teams for long‑term value. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise accounts from initial outreach to contract signing. - Conduct consultative discovery sessions with senior leaders to map business objectives to OnePlan’s portfolio, PPM, and planning solutions. - Deliver customized demos and lead technical discovery alongside Solution Consultants. - Design and execute pilots/trials, building use‑case scenarios that validate ROI. - Develop territory plans and account strategies to support sustained pipeline growth. - Prepare and negotiate pricing, Statements of Work, and contract terms. - Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce. - Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Stay current on industry trends, Microsoft co‑sell programs, and competitive positioning. **Required Skills** - Proven experience selling SaaS or Microsoft‑ecosystem solutions to large enterprise accounts. - Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust with C‑suite and senior stakeholders. - Comfortable managing long, multi‑stage sales cycles with multiple decision makers. - Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler. - Ability to collaborate with Solution Consultants and presales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proactive ownership mindset with reliable follow‑through and status reporting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. - Certifications in Microsoft partner programs or relevant SaaS sales methodologies are a plus.
