Job Description
**Job Title** Export Sales Manager – South America **Role Summary** Lead and grow the company’s sales for industrial valves and faucets in South American markets. Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy, build relationships with partners and customers, and drive revenue growth while representing the company at industry events. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable sales targets and growth in designated accounts. - Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills for high‑value contracts. - Maintain an active and professional presence at trade shows, conferences, and client visits. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for South America. 2. Identify, establish, and manage a network of distributors, agents, and key stakeholders. 3. Acquire and maintain a high‑quality portfolio of customers; negotiate long‑term partnerships. 4. Explore and enter new high‑potential markets within the region. 5. Prepare accurate quotations, cost calculations, and pricing proposals. 6. Draft compelling technical and commercial offers tailored to client needs. 7. Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, and industry events. 8. Oversee accurate billing processes and promptly resolve customer disputes. **Required Skills** - Proven sales experience (5–6 years) in industrial products, ideally oil, petrochemical, gas, or related sectors. - Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities. - Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. - Autonomous, results‑driven mindset with high organizational and time‑management proficiency. - Ability to analyze sales data and produce precise pricing models. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering. - Relevant certifications in sales or industrial product knowledge are a plus.
