Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer, Product Role Summary: Architect and build the end‑to‑end platform that powers online and in‑branch onboarding for a wide range of financial institutions, handling account opening, treasury services, credit card applications and related compliance flows at massive scale. Expactations: Own critical system components, balance technical excellence with rapid feature delivery, and directly collaborate with banks to translate complex onboarding requirements into scalable solutions. Demonstrate strong design, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑centric mindset while ensuring performance, scalability and reliability for millions of applications. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement features across the full stack (frontend, backend, database) for high‑volume onboarding workflows. - Integrate seamlessly with legacy core banking systems, third‑party compliance providers, and legacy APIs. - Solve technical challenges in multi‑tenant architecture, real‑time data processing, and bank‑grade reliability. - Engage with major banks to gather requirements, refine business logic, and iterate quickly based on feedback. - Own system performance, scalability and reliability, monitoring and optimizing throughput for hundreds of banking products. Required Skills - Modern web stack proficiency (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL preferred). - Strong system design and architecture experience for large‑scale, highly available services. - Experience building multi‑tenant applications and real‑time data pipelines. - Ability to translate complex business rules into clean, maintainable code. - Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). - U.S. work authorization required.
