Job Description
**Job Title**: Customer Success Manager – eCommerce **Role Summary**: Assists the CSM team in driving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction for eCommerce clients. Supports onboarding, strategic growth planning, cross‑functional coordination, and data‑driven recommendations to maximize client value and retention. **Expectations**: - Achieve client sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention. - Provide clear communication and timely resolution of client queries. - Deliver accurate reporting, presentations, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Partner with the CSM team to secure client revenue and satisfaction. - Conduct periodic strategic reviews and identify upsell opportunities. - Onboard new customers and manage day‑to‑day client activities. - Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Delivery, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Sales. - Log and manage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution. - Prepare visually compelling presentations for business reviews and client projects. - Maintain up‑to‑date client documentation in Salesforce and other systems. - Develop deep product knowledge and propose creative process improvements. - Analyze data sets from enterprise reporting systems to recommend growth strategies. **Required Skills**: - 5+ years in a SaaS, technology, or eCommerce account management role. - Strong client‑centric communication and relationship building. - Technical proficiency with API integrations, Shopify, SFCC, and other eCommerce platforms. - Experience with enterprise reporting, data pull, and analysis (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Advanced PowerPoint skills for business review presentations. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business‑friendly language. - Demonstrated problem‑solving and process improvement mindset. - Interest in AI tools (e.g., MS Co‑Pilot) and operational efficiency. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, SFCC) and Salesforce is essential.
