**Job Title** Business Developer France & Export (M/F) **Role Summary** Leads commercial growth for all Oddo Vins & Domaines estates in France and internationally. Responsible for strategy, prospecting, negotiation, and portfolio management to drive market expansion, new market entry, and key account acquisition. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable sales growth across mature, competitive wine markets. - Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities abroad. - Maintain a high field presence and strong partnership network. - Manage commercial budget and performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute an aggressive commercial strategy in France and foreign markets. - Identify and activate growth levers (new distribution channels, partner categories). - Prospect and develop relationships with importers, distributors, fine‑dining partners, specialty networks. - Lead high‑stakes negotiations with key decision‑makers, building a strong acquisition portfolio. - Ensure consistent field presence to promote estates, close deals, and generate revenue. - Develop and monitor commercial budget; implement result‑focused performance tools. - Coordinate with estate managers, brand ambassadors, and marketing teams on communication and acquisition materials. **Required Skills** - Proven hunter‑type sales mindset with experience in high‑stakes negotiation. - Deep understanding of wine distribution landscape in France and internationally. - Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial approach, and project management across stakeholders. - Strong leadership, determination, organizational rigor, and business‑development instinct. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Fluent in English; Italian knowledge a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent (Business School or proven international sales experience). - No specific certifications required beyond proven commercial success in wine sector (international experience preferred).
