Job Description: **Job Title:** Social Media & NIL Outreach Intern **Role Summary:** Support the athlete ambassador program by managing daily communications, handling FAQs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Serve as the brand’s voice in Instagram Direct Messages, ensuring a professional and personable experience for all athlete partners. **Expectations:** - Respond to athlete inquiries promptly and accurately. - Maintain high‑quality, error‑free onboarding and ongoing support. - Uphold Electro Gum’s brand tone—energetic, positive, and caring. - Work independently in a remote environment while meeting daily communication volume targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and reply to athlete DMs on Instagram with speed and professionalism. - Use provided playbooks to answer FAQs and resolve common issues. - Escalate unique or complex requests to the founding team in a timely manner. - Log all interactions and update athlete records in Notion and Social Snowball CRM systems. - Foster strong relationships with ambassadors through clear, supportive communication. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written English and overall communication ability. - Strong attention to detail; zero tolerance for onboarding errors. - Proficiency with Instagram Direct Messaging and basic CRM platforms. - Ability to handle high‑volume messaging efficiently. - Passion for sports, NIL (Name, Image, Likeness), and athlete culture (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate program (any field). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework in marketing, communications, or sports management is a plus.
