**Job Title**: Salesforce Developer (Remote – MD/DC/VA Area)
**Role Summary**:
Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions combining low‑code declarative tools and custom code. Own the full development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable implementations across Lightning, Apex, and other platform components.
**Expectations**:
- Minimum 7 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required).
- Proven expertise in Lightning, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SQL, JavaScript, Git, CI/CD, and low‑code capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive mindset with a bias toward action.
- Experience handling large data sets, bulkification, and data model enhancements.
- Agile/SCRUM development experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect and develop custom objects, flows, Apex classes, LWC components, Visualforce pages, and OmniStudio solutions.
- Create and maintain technical designs, data models, and data flow architectures.
- Evaluate new requirements, scope impact on Salesforce and integrated systems, and plan deployments.
- Build custom applications, views, and content of intermediate complexity.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high‑quality deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements, drive user adoption, and support ongoing enhancements.
- Continuously assess and improve process efficiency and system performance.
**Required Skills**:
- Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Apex programming and SOQL/SQL proficiency
- Lightning Web Components and Aura framework
- Visualforce development
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Low‑code development (Flows, Process Builder, OmniStudio)
- Version control (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Data migration, bulkification, and large‑dataset handling
- Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (mandatory)
