Job Description

**Job title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end full‑stack development, own system design/implementation, and shape engineering practices for a rapidly growing SaaS platform. **Expectations:** Deliver high‑quality code, mentor peers, drive technical direction, and collaborate closely with product, design, and customer teams in a fast‑moving startup. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. 2. Develop robust data pipelines and integrations for financial and emissions analytics. 3. Own system lifecycle from architecture to production, making pragmatic technical decisions. 4. Define and enforce best practices to scale engineering culture. 5. Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to solve real problems and influence product vision. **Required Skills:** - Full‑stack software engineering expertise. - Strong experience building B2B SaaS products. - Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and GitHub Actions. - Familiarity with infrastructure tooling (Terraform, DataDog). - Comfortable spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure domains. - Ability to thrive in a high‑ownership, fast‑moving startup environment. **Bonus Skills:** - Experience with data pipelines (Dagster, dbt, or similar). - Background in fintech, travel tech, or data‑intensive platforms. - Early‑stage startup experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
