**Job Title:** Software Engineer Intern **Role Summary:** A 11‑week, on‑site internship focused on hands‑on software development. Interns receive training in the company’s tech stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, Python), contribute to real‑world features and applications, and collaborate within agile teams. **Expectations:** - Complete the full 11‑week program on‑site. - Attend daily scrum, sprint planning, and review meetings. - Learn and apply coding standards for readability and maintainability. - Deliver assigned features and small‑scale projects with guidance from senior developers. - Provide and receive peer code reviews. - Present work to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in training sessions on core programming languages and frameworks. - Study documentation to understand the technology stack. - Design, develop, and test simple applications, tools, or utilities. - Implement new features into existing software under senior mentorship. - Review and give constructive feedback on peers’ code. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UI/UX, DevSecOps, QA) to deliver integrated solutions. **Required Skills:** - Fundamental programming knowledge; eagerness to learn React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and Python. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. - Good communication skills for agile ceremonies and presentations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled junior or senior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
