Job title: Web Developer and Manager
Role Summary:
Bridges business objectives with technical solutions across web platforms. Leads discovery, design, development, and launch phases, while mentoring developers and ensuring code quality, security, and scalability.
Expectations:
- Translate client goals into detailed technical documentation and actionable scopes.
- Provide technical direction during pre‑sales, scoping, and discovery.
- Oversee project execution to meet quality, performance, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients to define requirements, sitemaps, user flows, and key features.
- Produce technical scopes, estimates, and specifications aligned with SEO, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Lead technical discovery, design, development, and launch, ensuring alignment across Project Management, Design, Strategy, and Development teams.
- Support Sales and Strategy with feasibility assessments and solution recommendations.
- Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and validate timelines and estimates.
- Guide developers on architecture, integrations, and best practices; conduct code reviews.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams, communicating progress and decisions.
- Mentor developers and promote continuous process improvement.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of web development or technical solutioning.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; strong WordPress experience; working knowledge of Shopify/Magento.
- Experience delivering custom websites, platforms, integrations, and e‑commerce.
- Solid front‑end/back‑end architecture knowledge: APIs, integrations, databases.
- Ability to estimate effort, validate timelines, and identify delivery risks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and plans.
- English communication skills for client interaction.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications required, though relevant web development or project management credentials are a plus.
