Job Description
**Job Title:** Freelance Website Designer (Daily Rate £300) **Role Summary:** Design and develop a modern, responsive corporate website that showcases TariffTel’s classification solutions, enhances SEO, drives conversions, and aligns with the brand’s values. **Expectations:** - Deliver a high‑quality, user‑friendly website within a short contract period. - Create cohesive digital assets that can be reused across marketing collateral. - Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and development teams. - Work independently while maintaining clear communication and timely updates. - Ensure the site is SEO‑optimized, analytically driven, and adaptable for future updates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Propose and finalize theme, layout, information architecture, typography, colour schemes, and UI components. - Produce wireframes, mock‑ups, and high‑fidelity prototypes. - Build and test the website using modern CMS, frameworks, or templates. - Integrate analytics, SEO best practices, and conversion‑optimised elements. - Provide assets (images, icons, graphics) for both the website and print‑based marketing. - Conduct user‑experience reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. - Ensure cross‑device responsiveness and accessibility compliance. - Hand off documentation and guidelines for ongoing maintenance and content updates. **Required Skills:** - Proven portfolio of corporate website design and development. - Expertise in responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and modern front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or web‑frameworks suitable for corporate sites. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). - Ability to create and manage digital assets (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Web Designer, UX Design, Google Analytics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
