Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for large‑scale ERP and change programmes, focusing on onboarding new clients. Spearhead requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, data migration, and process mapping to ensure seamless transition into the organisation’s services. **Expactations** * Deliver high‑quality Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and artefacts on time and within scope. * Provide critical analysis of options from business, technical, and commercial perspectives. * Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication between business units, project teams, and support functions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Plan, coordinate, and document requirements‑gathering sessions with clients and users. 2. Elicit, analyse, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for custom development and enhancements. 3. Review existing documentation, process descriptions, and use‑case artefacts. 4. Produce Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Screen Designs, and related artefacts. 5. Conduct feasibility studies, including options analysis from business, technical, and commercial angles. 6. Perform data analysis, extraction, transformation, loading, and mapping for HR, payroll, and financial data within ERP context. 7. Execute gap analysis, business‑process mapping, and provide domain expertise. 8. Act as liaison across business units, project teams, and support teams. **Required Skills** * Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large ERP systems or business‑change initiatives. * Strong knowledge of business‑analysis techniques and tools, ideally within an OUM or AIM delivery environment. * Experience with data migration: cleansing, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading. * Familiarity with ERP implementation contexts and team‑based delivery. * Formal Business Analysis qualification is advantageous. * Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship‑building skills (internal & external). * First‑class written and oral communication. * Strong analytical, interpretive, and translation of business needs into technical and operational requirements. * Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or related field. * Formal Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑BA, IIBA‑ECBA) preferred. ---
