**Job title:** Part Time Bookkeeper (Independent contractor, 20 hrs/week) **Role Summary:** Provide bookkeeping support for Quadrante USA, ensuring accurate financial record‑keeping, transaction processing, account reconciliation, and reporting. Facilitate client interactions and assist in vendor setup on client platforms while using QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Operate independently as a contractor, balancing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality. **Expactations:** - Maintain high accuracy and adherence to firm procedures. - Manage time effectively for 20 hrs/week. - Proactively learn new processes and technology tools. - Deliver professional communication with internal teams and external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Record and organize financial records per company protocols. - Gather, verify, and enter transactions into QuickBooks Desktop and Online. - Reconcile bank and other accounts; resolve discrepancies. - Prepare financial reports reflecting status and activities. - Serve as vendor contact on client platforms, ensuring correct set‑up. - Support special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as needed. - Maintain documentation confidentiality and data security. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. - Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills. - Detail orientation, exceptional organizational, and multitasking capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Self‑motivated, proactive, quick to adapt to new technologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience or equivalent. - Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping education preferred. - Authorization to work in the United States.
