**Job Title:** Project Manager **Role Summary:** Mid‑level project manager responsible for leading cross‑disciplinary teams of structural, civil, and MEP engineers and architects to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Manages client relationships, drives design development, and oversees multiple concurrent projects. **Expectations:** - Lead up to several projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand and document requirements. - Travel within the Rocky Mountain and Desert Southwest region as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze client needs and translate them into project scopes and objectives. - Direct multidisciplinary design teams through concept, detailing, and specification phases. - Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across projects. - Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and contracts. - Provide regular status reports to senior leadership and clients. - Facilitate communication between engineering, architectural, and construction stakeholders. - Maintain compliance with building codes, zoning, and safety regulations. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of experience coordinating architectural, structural, civil, and MEP design teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent construction projects. - Strong verbal and written communication, including client presentations. - Knowledge of building design, planning, and construction practices. - Experience reviewing contracts and managing procurement. - Proficient with project management and design software (e.g., MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD). - Team leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. - Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (Structural Engineering) or equivalent required; Architectural license considered an advantage. - PMP, Prince2, or related project management certification preferred.
