Job Description

**Job Title:** Product Designer **Role Summary:** Design and iterate end‑to‑end product experiences for multiple web and mobile products within a healthcare AI platform. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, user‑centric designs. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality designs for 4–5 concurrent products under tight timelines. - Work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment, often with start‑up dynamics. - Drive and maintain design system consistency across all products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create storyboards, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups, and design assets. - Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Founders to define product functionality and translate requirements into thoughtful, scalable design solutions. - Iterate designs based on user testing, data analysis, and cross‑functional feedback. - Review design work and contribute to evolving design standards and style guides. - Maintain and expand the design system to ensure consistency and scalability. - Produce mockups for sales pitch decks and feature requests. - Stay current on UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices; share insights with the team. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of product design experience, including leading projects from concept to production (0–1). - Proficiency in Figma; seasoned with industry‑standard tools (Sketch, InVision, Principle, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Strong portfolio showcasing design principles for web or mobile platforms. - Excellent communication and ability to handle ambiguity. - Passion for AI and innovation in product design. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field; if not an engineering degree, significant engineering experience is required. - No specific certifications required. ---
