Job Description: Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (React / Python / GenAI) Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of an AI‑powered wellbeing platform. Build secure, scalable Python/FastAPI back‑end services, integrate generative LLMs, manage Neo4j user models, and collaborate with mobile/React Native teams while ensuring data privacy and cloud‑native operations on GCP. Expectations: - Lead architectural decisions and code quality standards. - Deliver end‑to‑end features for AI modules, API contracts, and mobile integration. - Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices. - Maintain continuous delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement back‑end services (Python, FastAPI) for AI features. - Integrate LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI) with secure, context‑aware interactions. - Develop RAG, prompt engineering, and conversational logic for supportive chat flows. - Model emotional states and user journeys in Neo4j; write efficient Cypher queries. - Define and document APIs for React Native mobile applications. - Deploy, scale, and monitor services on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI). - Champion data privacy and compliance practices. Required Skills: - 7+ years of software development with progressive responsibility. - Deep expertise in Python backend development and FastAPI. - Proven experience building generative AI products with LLM APIs. - Strong grasp of software architecture, data structures, RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in GCP (serverless, AI/ML services); experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run or GKE. - Familiarity with Neo4j and Cypher. - Experience defining API contracts for mobile/React Native. - Knowledge of embeddings, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine‑tuning. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering field. - Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in the same organization or with comparable role stability.
