**Job Title**: Customer Success Manager **Role Summary**: Drive rapid adoption, measurable ROI, and expansion for B2B SaaS outbound sales clients by partnering with sales leaders and RevOps teams. **Expactations**: • Onboard and enable new customers to meet usage & performance benchmarks within the first month. • Maintain high retention and renewal rates through proactive risk mitigation. • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to net revenue retention (NRR). • Serve as the primary advocate for customer feedback in product development. **Key Responsibilities**: • Lead onboarding sessions, CRM integrations, and training on dialing workflows, analytics, and AI features. • Monitor activity metrics (dials, connect rate, meetings booked) and deliver data‑driven insights and best practices. • Conduct regular business reviews, optimize performance, and recommend process improvements. • Act as the main contact for strategy, renewals, and success planning; build trust with sales leaders and RevOps teams. • Partner with Account Executives to surface upsell opportunities and drive account growth. • Capture and communicate product feedback, beta program participation, and roadmap updates. **Required Skills**: • 1‑2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS. • Deep understanding of outbound sales, SDR/AE workflows, and sales enablement tools. • Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management. • Data‑driven mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics. • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern GTM tools. • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments. **Required Education & Certifications**: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • HubSpot or Salesforce certification (desirable).
