**Job Title:** Integrated Marketing Strategist
**Role Summary:** Shape and execute cross-channel marketing strategies aligning paid, owned, and earned media with business objectives. Act as a strategic bridge between media, creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver measurable results.
**Expectations:**
- Develop end-to-end omnichannel marketing plans (awareness → retention).
- Translate business goals into integrated strategies, creative briefs, and test roadmaps.
- Define, track, and reconcile KPIs across channels to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Optimize media mix, budget allocation, and performance using data-driven insights.
- Model scenarios, build cross-channel journey maps, and forecast spend outcomes.
- Ensure campaign governance for timing, messaging, and creative consistency.
- Deliver client-facing reports with actionable insights on performance and strategy.
- Advise clients on aligning marketing investments with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on marketing technology and industry trends to inform strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic, CRM/email, content, partnerships).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and objectives.
- Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and drive performance improvements.
- Manage campaign workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and brand alignment.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee integration of marketing technology tools and analytics platforms.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in cross-channel marketing (paid/owned/earned media, CRM, programmatic, search).
- Strong analytical ability with experience building models, reconciling data, and deriving insights.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Project management skills to coordinate teams, budgets, and timelines.
- Proficiency in marketing technology (ad platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, attribution frameworks).
- Excellent communication to translate data into strategic narratives.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred for senior roles.
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing or performance strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with nonprofit/marketing-for-cause strategies (bonus).
