**Job Title:** Lead Full Stack Engineer, Partner Ecosystem
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and delivery of a scalable integration platform that simplifies the creation and operation of hundreds of data‑partner connections. Drive technical vision, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and third‑party vendors to ensure robust, market‑impacting solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on software development experience with a proven record of shipping production‑grade systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full‑stack or backend projects, define requirements, prioritize work, and make informed technical decisions.
- Strong collaborative mindset; experience guiding engineering teams and fostering a learning culture.
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving product and business needs while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and build a high‑performance, cloud‑native platform for data‑partner integrations.
- Translate product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap and execution plan.
- Partner with external vendors and internal clients to gather requirements and co‑create integration solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy customer‑facing features using TypeScript/React, Python/Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS services.
- Write clean, well‑tested code and ensure reliability and scalability of integrations.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to engineering team members.
- Oversee the integration of partner APIs and SDKs, ensuring seamless operation within the core product and marketplace experience.
**Required Skills:**
- Full‑stack development: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), React, HTML/CSS (client side).
- Server‑side: Python (Django), Node.js.
- Database: PostgreSQL (advanced usage), relational data modeling.
- Search/analytics: Elasticsearch.
- Cloud infrastructure: AWS (compute, storage, networking).
- Experience with external API integrations and data‑partner ecosystems.
- Proven project leadership, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance‑optimization abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
