Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Manager – SaaS Social Media Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end customer lifecycle for a SaaS social‑media platform, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention for small‑to‑mid‑size and enterprise accounts while driving upsell opportunities. Expections: - Deliver measurable success metrics: adoption rate, engagement, churn reduction, NPS. - Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction score. - Achieve quarterly upsell targets per assigned account portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize scalable onboarding and deployment processes (configuration, training, knowledge transfer). - Provide proactive, tier‑1 support; troubleshoot issues, ensure high SLA compliance. - Define and monitor KPIs (use Zoho CRM, other CSM tools) to measure product usage and business impact. - Lead strategic account reviews, identify growth levers, and execute upsell/cross‑sell campaigns. - Collaborate with Product & Marketing to shape user experience, create case studies, and refine adoption playbooks. - Engage in pre‑sale support for complex demos and proof‑of‑value presentations. - Continuously refine CSM workflows for efficiency across hundreds of accounts. Required Skills: - Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a SaaS environment. - Strong data‑driven mindset; proficiency in KPI analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and social‑media presence management. - Familiarity with CRM & CSM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred). - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multi‑account prioritization. - Professional‑level English; French a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Certifications in Customer Success (e.g., SaaS Success Associate) or related fields are advantageous.
