Job Description
Project Lead Role Summary: Supports the Project Manager in executing project activities across all phases, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance tasks in the nuclear industry. Oversees project schedules, contractual obligations, and stakeholder alignment. Expactations: Coordination of project lifecycle activities, maintenance of project timelines, and alignment of interdisciplinary teams to meet technical and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate project planning, execution, and closeout activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams. - Monitor project performance metrics (cost, schedule, quality), manage risks, and produce project status reports. - Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, engineering, and construction. - Review design documentation and ensure execution plans reflect design changes. - Implement and train teams on project processes and procedures. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and construction processes. - Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and practices. - Ability to operate scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6). - Leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field. - Prior experience in project coordination for nuclear power or industrial construction projects preferred. - Demonstrated understanding of construction engineering and project execution protocols.
