Job Description: Job title: Member of Technical Staff – Frontend Engineer Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end development of a web interface that simplifies complex AI model customization and deployment for enterprise users. Work closely with ML researchers, backend engineers, and designers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high‑quality front‑end solutions. Expactations: - Translate vague product goals into actionable tasks and deliver them independently. - Identify and resolve API or data issues quickly, taking initiative to unblock work. - Own the user experience by monitoring metrics, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement. - Balance rapid prototyping with sustainable, low‑debt code that can scale with growing customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the platform’s UI using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Implement design systems with TailwindCSS and component libraries such as ShadCN. - Design and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between front‑end and back‑end services. - Build interactive, accessible interfaces that enable non‑technical users to manage AI workflows. - Create and refine demo prototypes for enterprise customers on tight timelines. - Contribute to mobile app components when needed (iOS Swift or Android Kotlin). - Establish reusable component patterns and coding standards that accelerate the entire product team. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Experience with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS) and component libraries. - Comfortable working with APIs and data models; able to make lightweight back‑end modifications. - Proven track record of shipping features in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments (startup or early‑stage). - Ability to prototype quickly while maintaining scalable code and minimal technical debt. - Good debugging and problem‑solving skills; proactive in seeking and delivering solutions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
