Job Description

Job title: Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (Healthcare) Role Summary: Key member of finance team, supporting financial assessments, budgeting/forecasting, performance analysis, and acquisition evaluations. Ensures accurate, timely analyses aligned with strategic goals. Expectations: Minimum 3 years FP&A or related business experience; bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field required. Key Responsibilities: - Support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis; identify financial risks/trends; prepare leadership reports. - Develop capital/economic plans; align with enterprise standards; scenario modeling. - Build financial models (cash flow, NPV, IRR) for initiatives/acquisitions; track value realization. - Prepare/present financial insights; communicate complex data to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros) for data analysis. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights. - Strong communication/interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Healthcare FP&A experience preferred; knowledge of DCF, ROI, resource allocation. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field required.
