Job Description: **Job Title** Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, from technical analysis to deployment. Partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable applications using Salesforce and supplementary technologies. Lead workshops, configure the platform, and develop custom components where necessary. Ensure quality through testing and continuous integration. **Expactations** - 2–5 years of software development, with strong experience in ReactJS and Apex. - Proven ability to perform technical analysis and architecture in Salesforce environments. - Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct technical analysis and design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Configure and develop using ReactJS, Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, LWC, and related technologies. - Identify scenarios for standard Salesforce features versus custom development. - Integrate Salesforce with external tools via APIs or ETL processes. - Manage release environments, implement continuous integration pipelines, and ensure automated testing. - Define test scenarios, perform manual and automated testing, and validate implementations. - Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in ReactJS, Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and LWC. - Experience with API integration and ETL tools. - Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication in English and Dutch or French. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are highly desirable.
