Job Description
**Job Title** IT Asset Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end IT infrastructure support, ensuring availability, security, and compliance for a client‑facing organization. Collaborate with finance and technical support to maintain hardware, networks, and telephony while implementing security policies, user access control, and regulatory standards. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, secure IT services for daily operations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation, compliance, and performance data. - Foster a culture of digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness. - Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and secure the IT and telephony infrastructure. - Enforce maintenance policy and quality procedures under executive oversight. - Configure and maintain Windows, Active Directory, Fortinet firewalls, VLANs, and mobile fleet. - Update SI documentation, tool mapping, and system diagrams. - Conduct technological and regulatory surveillance (cybersecurity, GDPR). - Provide user support, training, and digital culture promotion. - Act as liaison with IT vendors and software partners; enforce contract compliance. - Define requirements (specifications), scope, and coordinate project planning and deployment. - Promote cybersecurity best practices and user awareness. - Centralize ticketing, analyze incidents, and report trends for continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Fortinet security solutions. - Experience with VLAN configuration and telephony systems. - Familiarity with GDPR, CRM platforms, and documentation standards. - Ability to conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. - Vendor management and procurement competence. - Excellent communication, teaching, and teamwork capabilities. - High level of organization, confidentiality, and service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of SAGE ERP systems is an advantage. ---
