Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Support Representative **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the external sales team, managing quotation processes, order coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration using SAP and CRM platforms. **Expectations:** Deliver accurate, timely sales documentation; maintain data integrity; comply with internal policies and ESG compliance requirements; support logistics and travel arrangements; collaborate effectively across departments; demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate quotes, leads, and sales opportunities in SAP/CRM. - Coordinate with marketing, customer service, pricing, and corporate teams to fulfill customer orders. - Prepare, follow up on, and expedite quotations and orders. - Manage office administration: utilities, lease, maintenance, H&S compliance, and vehicle support. - Organize event logistics and monthly travel arrangements for the sales team. - Assist with ESG/compliance requests (REACH, RoHS, PFAS) and apply pricing/discount policies. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales support, customer service, or office management experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. - Proficient with SAP ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Knowledge of Power BI a plus. - Strong organization, communication, and time‑management abilities. - Detail‑oriented with effective cross‑departmental liaison skills. - Team‑player with a growth mindset and high professional standards. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
