**Job Title:** CRM Enablement Partner
**Role Summary:**
Drive adoption and commercial impact of HubSpot CRM across all sales teams. Act as the sales champion for CRM, translating commercial goals into daily CRM habits, delivering training, and ensuring consistent usage to boost productivity, pipeline growth, and data quality. Partner with sales leadership, People Development, and the CRM Solution Architect to embed best‑practice behaviors without owning technical configuration.
**Expectations:**
- Accelerate revenue and gross profit through higher CRM adoption.
- Ensure accurate, complete sales data and reliable forecasting.
- Influence sales processes and coaching to embed CRM usage.
- Identify and promote quick‑wins and automation opportunities within HubSpot.
- Deliver measurable improvements in pipeline health, conversion rates, and business intelligence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote HubSpot as a sales productivity tool and educate teams on its benefits.
- Champion consistent use of pipeline stages, tasks, call/email logging, sequences, and activity capture.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and drop‑in training sessions; develop role‑specific workshops.
- Partner with sales leadership to align CRM usage with revenue targets and pipeline expansion.
- Enforce deal stage criteria, qualification standards, and close‑date discipline.
- Build and maintain advanced sales dashboards reporting pipeline health, velocity, win rates, and growth trends.
- Identify and advocate for automated sequences, prospecting flows, cross‑sell/upsell triggers, and activity alerts.
- Support business process mapping during team onboarding; document ideal sales workflows and handoffs.
- Collaborate with Project Team and Solution Architect to convey sales‑focused process requirements for configuration.
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM‑tracked KPIs and data enrichment initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of sales processes (pipeline management, qualification, forecasting).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link CRM usage to revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to train and enable diverse sales audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting sales dashboards.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Collaborative working style across sales, marketing, people development, and technical teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Certifications in HubSpot CRM (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot CRM).
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, CRM adoption, or similar commercial enablement roles.
