Job Description

**Job Title** Software Developer **Role Summary** Design and build scalable, secure hosting and mail platform components from the ground up. Lead ownership of services delivered through agile practices, leveraging modern .NET/React stacks and generative AI tools to drive rapid, high‑quality delivery for a global customer base. **Expectations** - Deliver production‑ready code that meets strict quality, security, and performance standards. - Own services end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional agile team. - Apply security‑first principles and SSDLC discipline throughout development cycles. - Use AI code generation and analysis tools to accelerate prototyping and review processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement new APIs and UI components using C#/.NET and React/NextJS. - Develop distributed microservices that integrate with cloud infrastructure. - Write clean, maintainable, unit‑tested, and documented code adhering to company standards. - Configure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes). - Perform peer code reviews, including assessment of AI‑generated snippets. - Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, incorporating secure coding practices. - Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (API development) or React/NextJS. - Deep understanding of object‑oriented design, clean coding, and test‑driven development. - Experience with distributed systems, version control (Git), and agile workflows. - Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) for code generation and analysis. - Working knowledge of Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana is a plus. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications in .NET, cloud platforms, or security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory. ---
