Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Mid‑level .NET developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs in C#. Develop features from conception through release, enhance existing systems, and collaborate on UI updates when needed. Operate independently as a technical contributor, focusing on code quality, reliability, and maintainability without leading the team or owning overall architecture. Expectations: - 3+ years commercial experience in .NET Web API / MVC development. - Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team. - Commitment to delivering high‑quality, maintainable code that meets security and reliability standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# (.NET Web API / MVC). - Develop and optimize SQL Server database access and queries. - Contribute to continuous integration pipelines (TeamCity) and source control (Git). - Refactor legacy code and improve system performance and stability. - Assist in front‑end changes where backend integration is required. - Write automated tests for production code and participate in code reviews. - Adopt and promote design patterns and best practices for maintainable codebases.
