Job Description
Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Full‑stack engineer designing, coding, testing, and maintaining client‑facing applications. Works across the entire product lifecycle in an agile, fast‑moving team, delivering features within days and continuously improving performance, reliability, and maintainability. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end product features from requirement capture to production release. - Deliver clean, well‑tested code and maintain high quality standards (CI/CD, performance, documentation). - Communicate effectively with product, design, and delivery teams. - Handle on‑call support during working hours. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement UI components and back‑end services (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, C#, .NET Core). - Write unit and integration tests; enforce test coverage and CI pipelines. - Refactor and optimize existing code for performance and reliability. - Diagnose and resolve bugs in software and integrated hardware systems. - Prototype and validate new technologies and approaches to meet business goals. - Mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and contribute to engineering culture as the team scales. Required Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and React or Vue. - Experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. - Git version control, unit testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools. - Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities; high attention to detail. - Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions. - Good communication skills for explaining technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders. - Self‑motivation and capacity to work independently within a small team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, Electronics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
