Job Description
**Job Title**: Associate, Infrastructure **Role Summary**: Senior associate responsible for delivering estate‑management services to a key client account within the Digital Connectivity team. Leads a team of surveyors, manages complex portfolios, and serves as senior contact for landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. **Expectations**: - Own end‑to‑end client delivery and service excellence. - Demonstrate strong leadership, client‑facing, and mentoring skills. - Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead delivery of estate‑management services per client account requirements. - Oversee transactional matters and resolve complex queries. - Act as senior point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams. - Manage and develop a team of surveyors; provide guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities. - Prepare, review, and submit accurate summaries for legal documents. - Analyse data from client databases to support strategic recommendations. - Produce high‑quality client reports and recommendations. - Own property‑related projects, driving solutions and outcomes. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying value‑added opportunities. **Required Skills**: - Extensive estate‑management experience with complex portfolios. - Proven leadership and team‑management ability. - Advanced client relationship and negotiation skills. - Excellent time management and multi‑tasking. - Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (large data sets). - Strong written and verbal communication, including formal correspondence. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification. - Preference for MRICS chartered status.
