Job Description: **Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager – Southern France **Role Summary:** Lead and execute sales strategies for a peripheral intervention technology in Southern France. Direct a local team of Clinical Application Specialists, Sales Agents, and Distributors to achieve revenue targets, expand market penetration, and support adoption of disposable medical devices associated with the core technology. **Expectations:** - Drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets. - Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team. - Build and maintain relationships with key hospital decision‑makers. - Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement targeted campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement the regional sales plan for the core technology. - Lead complex negotiations with hospitals and key stakeholders. - Visit hospitals to assess adoption, provide training, and offer clinical support. - Increase sales of disposable medical devices linked to the core product. - Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Coordinate with marketing to create effective promotions and campaigns. - Conduct training sessions for physicians and hospital staff; support technology adoption on site. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales experience (≥3 years) in vascular surgery, peripheral interventions, or interventional radiology. - Strong negotiation, opportunity identification, and solution‑selling skills. - Leadership capability with a track record of team coordination. - Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. - Clinical orientation with experience training clinicians and offering technical assistance. - Fluency in French and English. - Willingness to travel extensively within Southern France. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Economics, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications in medical device sales or clinical training are an advantage.
