**Job Title** Business Developer – Luxury Packaging (F/M) **Role Summary** Drive the acquisition of new high‑value accounts for a premium packaging supplier. Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development and contract closure. **Expectations** - Aggressive “hunter” mindset; initiative to generate qualified leads and secure new clients. - Self‑driven performance orientation; consistently meet or exceed set sales targets. - Strong communicator in both French and English, able to build trust quickly. - Detail‑oriented planner; manage pipeline and deliver accurate reporting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Prospecting & Market Development** (≈70% of time) - Identify strategic target accounts in the luxury sector. - Design and execute customized outreach strategies. 2. **Commercial Management** - Craft tailored proposals and negotiate terms that align with client expectations. - Oversee the full sales cycle to successful contract signing. 3. **Client Needs Analysis** - Gather and interpret client requirements, produce detailed specifications. - Collaborate with production teams to deliver feasible, innovative solutions. 4. **Reporting & Intelligence** - Provide regular activity and results reports to sales leadership. - Monitor competitors and market trends to refine positioning. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience in luxury or high‑end manufacturing. - Demonstrated success in cold‑calling, lead qualification, and closing deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. - Negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to tailor pitches to diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational discipline; proficient in pipeline management tools (CRM). - Analytical mindset to translate technical solutions into customer benefits. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Valid commercial sales certifications or equivalent professional training highly valued. - Open to candidates with significant relevant experience when educational background aligns.
