Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager - ServiceNow Role Summary: Seasoned project manager (7+ years) responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across complex enterprise environments, ensuring projects meet business objectives, technical standards, and timelines. Expectations: - Deliver consistent, high‑quality ServiceNow implementations from requirements to go‑live. - Maintain rigorous governance, risk, and change management. - Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to executive stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery models. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps) and related integrations. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, resource allocations, and status reports. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, business analysts, QA, infrastructure) and external partners. - Facilitate Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall ceremonies, including stand‑ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning. - Track performance metrics, proactively mitigate risks/issues, and execute mitigation plans. - Manage UAT, go‑live readiness, cutover activities, and post‑deployment support. - Provide executive‑level reporting and stakeholder communication. Required Skills: - Proven IT project management skills (Agile & Waterfall). - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and configuration. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. - Risk, change, and issue management expertise. - Experience with integrations (MID Server, Discovery, CMDB, workflows). - Ability to work in regulated environments (healthcare, government, finance). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or module‑specific). - Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM/Scrum Master.
