Job Description
**Job Title:** National Account Manager – OOH **Role Summary:** Commercial leader responsible for developing, executing, and delivering strategic account plans across the Out‑of‑Home (OoH) channel. Directly reports to the Channel Director and serves as the primary liaison between the business and a portfolio of key strategic customers. Drives sales, market share, and profit growth while expanding brand visibility and distribution. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end account management and partnership building. - Achieve agreed sales, profitability, and distribution targets. - Translate market insights into win‑rate enhancing propositions. - Deliver measurable ROI on trade investments and promotional activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead commercial agenda for key OoH accounts (e.g., Kitwave, Brakes, Bidfood, contract catering groups, wholesale & food‑service partners). - Manage full customer relationship and align joint business plans. - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the OoH landscape. - Drive end‑user penetration through product availability, visibility, and new distribution points. - Develop and execute annual business plans that support company objectives. - Translate category, shopper, and market insights into differentiated customer propositions. - Strategically manage trade investment, promotional plans, and ROI evaluation. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Category Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance. - Assess market and competitive environment to identify innovation, distribution expansion, and commercial improvement opportunities. **Required Skills:** - Advanced sales, negotiation, forecasting, and business planning. - Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making. - Deep customer intimacy and relationship management. - Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Portfolio and trade investment management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Resilience, ambition, and a drive to achieve targets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. - Professional certifications in sales, negotiation or account management are an advantage but not mandatory.
