Job Description
Job Title: Intern Intellectual Property Lawyer (M/F) Role Summary: Support legal investigations and pre-litigation actions related to IP infringements across digital platforms; conduct OSINT/ROSO, draft reports, maintain client relationships, and monitor evolving IP and cyber laws. Expectations: Deliver thorough, precise research and documentation within deadlines; work autonomously while collaborating across teams; communicate effectively in English; adapt to flexible remote/ onsite rhythms. Key Responsibilities: - Detect and legally qualify IP infringements on search engines, e‑commerce, marketplaces, social media, mobile apps, and dark web. - Conduct OSINT/ROSO investigations and network analysis. - Manage pre‑litigation processes (evidence gathering, legal drafting). - Produce detailed incident reports and court‑ready documentation. - Maintain relationships with clients, partners (GAFAM/VLOP/IGO), judicial authorities, and counsel. - Conduct legal monitoring and internal briefing on IP, digital, data protection, e‑commerce, distribution, and cybersecurity developments. - Represent the firm at webinars, trade shows, and conferences. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and research aptitude. - Excellent written and oral communication, including professional English. - Proficiency with self‑service OSINT tools. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. - Initiative, independence, and teamwork. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently finished a Master 1 / Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law (or equivalent). - Prior exposure to legal work, preferably in IP or cyber‑law contexts. - Any recognized certification in IP law or digital forensics is advantageous.
