All our training courses and coaching programmes are specifically designed to help garages and automobile repair shops anticipate the future challenges of their sector. We offer technical education as well as management and communication trainings, set up by the department Business Lab.

Job Description

Job title: Technical Consultant Role Summary: Provide technical expertise and support for competency assessment, certification, and training projects within the automotive sector. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design assessment tools, conduct audits, develop training materials, and contribute to certification missions for industry bodies. Expactations: - Manage multiple project responsibilities independently. - Demonstrate strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Communicate clearly with diverse audiences. - Persuade and collaborate with partners and clients. - Take initiative and lead projects from inception to completion. - Exhibit flexibility and resilience amid change. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver technical support to internal and external partners on competency and certification projects. - Lead or actively participate in competency and certification project management. - Develop and conduct practical training sessions, exams, and presentations. - Provide substantial training support to trainers and prospective examiners. - Advise and perform audit/control tasks for certification dossiers. - Conduct field research, analyze data, and recommend actions based on findings. - Contribute to the development of certification missions for sector and government authorities. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of automotive technology and its application to educational projects. - Project management and multitasking proficiency. - Excellent verbal and written communication (French highly required, Dutch a plus). - Persuasive and collaborative mindset. - Strong organizational and independent work habits. - Competency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). - Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive solutions proactively. - Valid B‑class driving license. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent professional experience. - Pedagogical qualification or experience is a significant advantage.
