**Job Title**
AI Engineer, Developer Ecosystem
**Role Summary**
Build production‑grade AI agents, improve developer experience, design evaluation frameworks, and publish technical research for an AI integration platform. Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and external developer community.
**Expectations**
- Deliver code that reaches SDKs, documentation, and sample repositories.
- Own and iterate on the developer funnel: identify friction, provide actionable feedback, and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, data‑driven decisions, and proactive unblocking.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and launch agents, tools, and reference implementations (e.g., MCP servers, Claude skills, LangGraph workflows).
- Design and run sandboxed evaluation harnesses; benchmark tool‑calling quality and agent reliability across integration surfaces.
- Publish findings, research papers, and technical posts on topics such as MCP, tool‑calling schemas, context optimization, and sandbox isolation.
- Conduct workshops, talks, and community events (Discord, GitHub, demo days).
- Partner with product and engineering to create working demos ahead of releases.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience shipping production‑grade AI agents with deep MCP / tool‑calling fluency.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Strong ability to design evals, benchmarks, and safe testing sandboxes for agentic systems.
- Knowledge of context optimization, LangGraph/DSPy, RLMF, auto‑research loops, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt caching, and AI safety boundaries.
- Active GitHub presence with demonstrable, reusable code.
- History of technical talks, workshops, or community contributions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus but not essential.
