CMT Learning specialises in running premium sports camps and tours in partnership with some of the world's leading sports brands. The company has two trading divisions:

Euro Sports Camps runs sports summer camps for 8 - 17 year olds in partnership with Nike and other major sports brands. Our residential summer camps are aimed at international students and offer optional English language lessons as well as premium sports coaching, seminars, excursions and activities. We work with some of the world’s top clubs, federations, coaches and sports scientists. Players leave our camps with a wealth of new skills and experience in their chosen sport and in English language, as well as developing confidence, soft skills and new friendships.

Sports Tours Europe offers inbound and outbound UK tours to groups and teams of young sports players. Specialising in soccer, hockey and lacrosse, we design and deliver bespoke tours predominantly to the UK and USA offering accommodation, coaching sessions, activities, excursions, masterclasses, matches against local teams and professional match tickets.

Job Description
**Job title** Camp Manager / Assistant Camp Director / Camp Director – Nike Sports Camps **Role Summary** Lead senior management of residential sports camps for 8‑17 year olds, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Oversee staff induction, coaching, welfare, and operational activities across multiple venues. **Expectations** - Maintain highest safety and safeguarding standards for children. - Foster a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and participants. - Deliver consistent operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Guide, code, and evaluate all staff through inductions, meetings, and performance reviews. - Design and manage staff rota, scheduling two shifts per three, ensuring adequate breaks. - Serve as Designated Person for safeguarding (if Camp Director) and enforce child‑protection protocols. - Address disciplinary cases for staff and campers in line with policy. - Coordinate venue relations on operational matters. - Plan arrival, departure, and off‑site excursion itineraries. - Develop risk assessments and ensure all documentation is submitted weekly to Camp Operations Manager. - Deliver opening and closing presentations to participants and stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Senior leadership and team‑building in educational or residential settings. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in project‑management tools and staff scheduling systems. - Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and confidentiality handling. - Knowledge of safeguarding, child‑protection, and health & safety regulations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Proven management experience with children (e.g., school, residential camp, youth club). - Completed safeguarding and child‑protection training. - First‑Aid qualification (desirable, not mandatory). - Academic background in education, sports science, or related field preferred.
