Job Description

**Job Title:** Frontend Developer (UI/UX) **Role Summary:** Remote UI/UX Frontend Software Developer supporting a high‑impact Federal/Intelligence Community program. Responsible for designing and building responsive, user‑centered web applications while adhering to security clearance requirements and occasional on‑site SCIF visits. **Expectations:** - Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. - Work remotely with monthly visits to a SCIF in Reston, VA. - Deliver high‑quality code and designs within Agile/Scrum sprints. - Communicate design concepts and iterate with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks. - Translate complex workflows into intuitive UI/UX solutions, including wireframes, user flows, and design systems. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical implementation with business goals. - Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. - Contribute to both legacy and modernized system upgrades. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of UI/UX and frontend development experience. - Strong proficiency in Vue.js **or** Angular (including TypeScript). - Proven ability to convert designs to functional code (portfolio required). - Agile/Scrum methodology experience. - HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design expertise. - Version control (Git) and project tools (Jira, Confluence). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
