Ensure designs align with brand standards, meet project timelines, and support HARDI’s communication objectives. **Expectations:** - Produce professional, brand‑consistent graphics across multiple media. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and incorporate feedback promptly. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold visual storytelling standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates). - Develop branding materials and visual assets for talent development programs. - Layout and format market intelligence reports, whitepapers, and presentations. - Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and typographic standards. - Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into visuals. - Manage file organization and version control for all design assets. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Strong typography, layout, and composition abilities. - Ability to transform concepts into compelling visual stories. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - High attention to detail and strong organizational capability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications or portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design experience.
