Job Description
**Job Title** Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Approvisionneur) **Role Summary** Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production by sourcing raw materials, managing supplier orders, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Works closely with production, logistics and suppliers while feeding and monitoring procurement data in the ERP system. **Expections** - Short‑term contract (CDD) starting ASAP, until end of January 2027 - Full day work shift, Monday‑Friday, day‑time hours - Operate within a structured agro‑food manufacturing environment with strict hygiene and safety standards **Key Responsibilities** - Source and purchase raw materials and packaging, ensuring continuous supply for production - Manage the entire supplier order cycle: placement, shipping monitoring, follow‑up, and delivery compliance - Optimize stock levels balancing cost, lead time and quality requirements - Keep procurement data accurate in the ERP (Sage X3 preferred) – purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, reconciliations - Create and analyse procurement dashboards to drive performance and visibility - Maintain constructive relationships with suppliers, addressing non‑conformities and delays proactively - Coordinate inbound material flows, ensuring on‑time arrival and proper IT stock entry - Collaborate with production, logistics and purchasing teams to align supply plans with demand **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and organizational abilities - Excellent communication, both written and oral, with internal teams and suppliers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Sage X3 is an asset) - Detail‑oriented, reliable, and responsive to changing priorities - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2‑year university degree (Bac+2) in supply chain, procurement or related field - Relevant supply‑chain or purchasing experience preferred - No specific certifications required but knowledge of food‑industry standards (IFS, ISO) is advantageous
