Job Description
**Job title** Procurement Officer (F/M) **Role Summary** Responsible for the end‑to‑end procurement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and compliance with internal procedures and site regulations. Works closely with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to support industrial operations while controlling costs and maintaining service levels. **Expectations** - Deliver procurement operations that meet quality, schedule, and budget targets. - Maintain strict adherence to internal procedures, legal requirements, and company policies. - Demonstrate autonomy while contributing positively to team objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Source and negotiate purchase contracts for raw materials and products. - Create, monitor, and update purchase orders, and follow up on pending orders. - Manage the triangular supply chain flow to ensure efficient delivery to end‑users. - Optimize stock levels by coordinating with production planning and inventory management. - Track receipt schedules, alert on delays, and ensure accurate documentation. - Ensure the industrial tool’s proper functioning by aligning procurement activities with operational and financial imperatives. - Maintain and improve procurement databases and reporting tools. **Required Skills** - Procurement and negotiation expertise. - SAP proficiency (order entry, contract management, inventory). - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). - Strong time‑management and prioritization. - Customer‑orientation and stakeholder engagement. - Team collaboration, autonomy, and versatility. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent. - SAP certification or demonstrable SAP experience is highly preferred.
