Key Responsibilities: - Complete structured onboarding and ongoing professional development. - Engage prospects and clients through phone/Zoom conversations. - Apply established marketing and lead‑engagement systems. - Maintain independent workflow, track progress, and meet performance metrics. - Participate in mentorship and leadership development sessions. - Provide feedback on system effectiveness and client needs.
