Key Responsibilities: 1. Reach out to senior in‑house legal counsel to secure interview participation. 2. Conduct structured interviews focused on purchase decisions and lawyer preferences. 3. Accurately record interview responses and key insights. 4. Compile data into clear, concise documentation for industry reports. 5. Support the research team with any additional tasks related to project delivery.
